Refund Policy

If the CommandSites Toolkit is not right for you, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. You do not need to give a reason.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, handles customer service inquiries and processes returns.

To request a refund, either:

• visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you purchased with, or
• email us at hello@notify.commandsites.com with your order reference and we will arrange it with Paddle.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by Paddle. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer, typically within 5–10 business days. Any VAT or sales tax charged at checkout is refunded with the purchase price.

When a refund is issued, your licence to use the CommandSites Toolkit ends and your personal access link is deactivated. You should stop using and delete your copy of the workbook.
